What is your return policy?
Our product is intimate thus, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if for some reason the product is broken, we will send you a new one at no cost.
Does Pullow underwear have toxic chemicals in the material?
The fabric has passed testing of OEKO-TEX® meaning there were no detectable traces of PFOA chemicals. OEKO-TEX® tests material for 350 toxic chemicals to make sure product is safe before release.
Does Pullow underwear leak?
Pullow underwear is leak proof and has been tested by those with bladder leaks. It is important to note that those with heavy bladder leaks may want to wear pads with the underwear for extra protection or carry an extra pair to change into.
What material is the leak-proof layer made of?
The leak proof layer is made of material known as Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). This material has been reviewed by OEKO-TEX®.

How do I wash Pullow underwear?
Machine wash cold with regular detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and scented boosters. Similar to most clothes, quality of fabric lasts longer if you hand dry. If you choose to machine dry, do it on low setting
